Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are per item. Orders will usually ship through NZ Post. Larger orders may be shipped through other carriers. Orders will generally ship within 5 business days.

Shipping Table Price is solely based on the number of items that require shipment.

4 and over $20.00

NB: There is NO SHIPPING charged on downloadable items!!!


International Orders

International orders are the same as national orders. For international orders, the purchaser is responsible for any import taxes or duties. International orders may require additional delivery time. To request a delivery estimate, please email shipping@personalwellbeing.co.nz


Back Orders

For orders with backordered products, orders may be held for 3 additional days before shipping. If backordered products remain unavailable, orders will be processed and the backordered products will be shipped immediately when they become available with no additional shipping charges.


Returns

PersonalWellbeing.co.nz will allow returns of DVD´s up to 14 days. There are no returns on downloaded items. If there is a problem with the download, please contact help@personalwellbeing.co.nz


Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from PersonalWellbeing.co.nz, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

If you used any promotional discounts on an order, please be aware that while the promotion reduces the actual amount that you pay PersonalWellbeing.co.nz, it does not change the value of the item itself. We are required to declare the actual value of the items in your shipment.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
